Enter My Wardrobe

How do you come up with outfits? How do you remember them? At most times when I like something from the net scouring over dozens of fashion blogs I just save them. I reckon I have tons of pics in my fashion inspiration folder in my computer (both at home and at work). There are times when I am just hit with an outfit idea I usually try to sketch them or make a list so that I won’t forget. I have a very poor memory. I tend to forget even the simplest things. Hahaha. I am no artist but I really do love sketching outfits.

I have been so uninspired to dress up lately. I don’t know. I feel lost with all my clothes and stuff. I do think I really need to have a major fashion wardrobe makeover. It’s so weird. I don’t really feel happy with all my clothes and stuff. I think one reason is because I am really yearning for some closet space. I am running out of places to put my stuff.

Living in a tropical country I must admit that I am very poor at layering. Some people can layer like a pro. I on the other hand could only put on a jacket and call it layering. Well I’m going to Shanghai next week for a vacation and I haven’t got a clue to what I’ll bring with me and what to wear. I still want to look chic and not touristy if you know what I mean? It’s cool that I’ll finally going to get to wear some of those chic coats without sweating buckets!!! Hehehe. But I don’t want to bring too much with me to Shanghai coz I want to go shopping there! I need my luggage space for my newly bought stuff! Must visit: H&M!!!

I know I haven’t really been posting much here as I would have like. I think for this year I’ll try to post something here whenever I got something to blog about. Hahaha. Really! I think it’s high time that I make this blog a little bit more active. I used to be a really active blogger before. I dunno what happened and I just kinda lost interest in blogging. I love to read blogs though. I just can’t find anything to actually blog about.

I swear there are times that I think the shopping gods are not happy with me. I guess they are looking else where because I’ve been out of commission for quite a while. I know I haven’t been out shopping as I used to. It’s not because I haven’t found anything to buy mind you. It’s because I am, let me put it this way, low on funds! Hahaha. Anyways, I went to the mall to check out some stuff and got to pass by Topshop. Goodness! They finally got the metallic jazz shoes I’ve been lusting after. But like I told you, the shopping gods are against me as they haven’t got my size anymore. All sold out! Then so okay, I decided to look around a bit and saw a pair of leggings. But lo and behold! The last pair in my size got a hole in it. Grrrr… I swear! They really must be hating me right now!!!

Have you ever felt that there are times that you just want a certain thing and can’t stop buying it? As for me I am really obsessed with high heeled oxfords, brogues and jelly shoes. As for my last shoe count I have 4 black high heeled oxfords, a pair of 2 toned high heeled oxfords, about 3 or 4 pair of brogues and 6 pairs of jelly shoes!!! Gah! I know I should stop but I can’t help it! I’m always like this. When I am obsessed with a certain thing I can’t seem to stop buying it. It’s a very unhealthy pattern I tell you! And really not very friendly to my wallet. :/

Have you noticed that when you have a lot of clothes it’s harder for you to dress up each day? I think it’s because you have a whole lot more choices and you get confuse on what to wear for that day. I am usually like this. I do know that I got tons of clothes to choose from but I would always tell myself that I have nothing to wear. It’s pretty annoying if you ask me. I get confuse a lot in chooseing what I would like to wear at a certain day and such. I really need to start wearing ALL my clothes and I mean it. I have tons that still got price tags attached. I know am such a shopaholic that I can not resist buying clothes even though I know I have enough. Heeee…

… i have a huge walk in closet where i could place all the clothes i have. my room (which i share with my younger sister) is just too small for us. well actually we have such a small closet space that all our clothes are all over our room or maybe the fact that we have too much clothes that our closet space is just not enough. hahaha… that’s one of my dream you know, to have a walk in closet… and a huge one to boot. went to search some pictures on the internet and saw some which i think would be perfect for me.

i like how organized it is and that there are loads of shelves. i love the space and the size. it’s so posh looking. though i think it’s too stiff for me. but if i do have a closet like this… i wouldn’t complain one bit (well, maybe except for the size…!)

how about this one? the center drawers are great for underwear and other delicates. it’s okay but not for me.

i love the center table in this walk in closet. this one looks really nice! i could just imagine myself in this closet folding my clothes and putting them on the shelves. though i feel this one is too small. not much room to move, walk around and stuff.

now, don’t you think this one is so pretty? this one is my absolutely fave closet of all. it’s simply perfect. love the look and feel of this one. i want mine to be just as perfect as this… with more space and shelves of course! plus a whole lot bigger!

now, don’t you just love thinking of your dream walk-in closet? i often do this one. i believe that if you plan and think about it someday you’ll actually get whatever it is.

i attended the wedding of my 2 friends last weekend. made me think of what i want for my wedding dress, if and when i’ll get married that is. anyways, i’m thinking of having my wedding gown in pale pink instead of the usual white? or maybe something like gwen stefani’s wedding gown (designed by the great john galliano) which was dipped in pink at the bottom. i also want something different; something funky. i’m thinking on the lines of those avante garde designers. it’s quite interesting thinking of your dream wedding dress and of your wedding.
