My recent obsession with fashion bloggers have made me realized that having your own style is what makes a person fashionable. I adore each and every fashion bloggers I stalk’s style. They have their own unique style that I get inspiration from to dress up pretty everyday. I heard someone say that life is too short to be wearing something ugly! Hahaha. I totally agree! You never know who you bump into. Anyways, what I’m actually saying here is fashion bloggers inspired me to dress up pretty everyday, have fun with clothes and just be yourself.

How do you come up with outfits? How do you remember them? At most times when I like something from the net scouring over dozens of fashion blogs I just save them. I reckon I have tons of pics in my fashion inspiration folder in my computer (both at home and at work). There are times when I am just hit with an outfit idea I usually try to sketch them or make a list so that I won’t forget. I have a very poor memory. I tend to forget even the simplest things. Hahaha. I am no artist but I really do love sketching outfits.

I love Topshop. I really do. I guess I’m a bit biased coz I love anything British! Hahaha. I just think that it’s so sad that our local Topshop stores doesn’t carry all the collection they are offering in the U.K. I’ve been lusting over a lot of stuff from their site, especially the shoes, but they do not have those here. Our shoe selection is really boring with a capital B. I’m just so lucky that once in a while I get to find something I really want from the site in the store. My latest find? The jodhpurs skinny! I’m so happy that they got those. I know jodhpurs are so last season but I love them.

It’s my birthday today as well as Chinese New Year (Year of the Earth Rat). I surely do hope that I have a prosperous year ahead! Fashion gods be with me all through the year and help me find great fashion goodies! Hahaha.

Remember I was raving about going to Shanghai and being able to dress up in cool winter clothes? Yeah, i did enjoy Shanghai plus dressing up and all but seriously though? Cold weather & I aren’t made for each other. I am really a tropical girl through and through. I’ve been back home for like a week already and I’m still sick! Ugh. Cough and colds plus I lost my voice. Someone asked what I got from Shanghai. I haven’t got to buy much even though all the shops are on SALE ‘coz everything they are selling are for winter. Down jackets, thermals, wool… things like that. I’ll be crazy to buy those when I’ll be wearing those kind of things only when I’ll be travelling (which is not that often).

Ah, how I wish we got Target here in Manila. I reallt really love their Go International line. I’ve missed out tons of really cool stuff from them. I am always salivating over their collection. Too bad that they do not ship overseas or else I’m surely going to go broke from ordering like crazy from them everytime. Well, I like the recent Jovovich-Hawk Collection for Spring. It will be out in the US on March. I like the bohemian vibe of this collection. It screams relaxed, chic, beach girl! hahaha. Sigh. I guess I’ll just need to resort on looking at the pictures again.

I love making lists. I like listing stuff that I need and want to buy. I have tons of stuff I need to find to add to my wardrobe and listing them makes me stayin focus or else I’ll go crazy with my impulse buying again.

I have been so uninspired to dress up lately. I don’t know. I feel lost with all my clothes and stuff. I do think I really need to have a major fashion wardrobe makeover. It’s so weird. I don’t really feel happy with all my clothes and stuff. I think one reason is because I am really yearning for some closet space. I am running out of places to put my stuff.
