My boyfriend would alsways kid me that I am a quantity girl. This is true without a doubt. Some would invest on these so called investment pieces (timeless, superb quality and extremely expensive!!!), whilst little ol’ me would rather buy tons of cheap “new/ trendy/ now” items. I can’t help it. I simply love those cheap disposable fashion. My closet is literally exploding in too much clothes and it doesn’t help that I often would go shopping yet again for bags full of new clothes for my “item of the month” shopping phase. For some quality over quantity works for them. I on the other hand think it would be too boring. But hey, that’s just me. ;P

As the temperature rises, the hemline also rises. Have you notice the influx of mini dresses, mini skirts and shorts on the display shelves in the stores we love. How about the colours you see about? I see bright palettes of reds, yellows, greens, blues and white! Summer time clothes are a whole lot of fun for me. Sandals, flip flops, shorts, tanks, swimmers, minis, linen… you name it, I simply love it. Summer time is a fuss free style. It’s just a whole lot of relaxed and laid back vibe to it. We would want to be comfortable in anyway thus the looser fit and shorter hems. Who would want to feel constricted in a suit during summer anyway? Hahaha. Oh, one must not forget the ultimate thing I love about summer season. Summer time also means beach time! Though buying swimmers are a whole lot fun, it’s just frustrating in finding that one holy bikini. There are barrage of styles out there to choose from. Choice, as always, is abundant from ruffled bikinis, cutouts, maillots, prints and embellishments. Finding what you want is another issue entirely. Have you notice how hard it is to actually find your perfect swimwear? I tell you this, every year I embarked into this bikini finding hunt to find that perfect one and every year I come out defeated. I guess finding the perfect bikini is just never meant to be or it could be that I just don’t know where to look.

Everybody got their fashion icons and I have loads. I think I’ll blog about them once in a while. Okay so let’s start… Icon #1: Nicole Richie. When asked who their fashion icons are a lot would say this petite Simple Life star’s name. Well, I don’t think I blame them. I started to love her style when she started wearing those vintage dresses, big sunglasses, and skinny pants. Oh one must not forget how she downsized into this size 00 frame!!! My goal is to be that thin!!! Hahaha… I know all of these style started when she was a “Zoebot” (people call the girls that hire Rachel Zoe as their stylist). Now I think Nicole really found her look and is simply looking fab everytime she steps out of her door. I don’t think this girl can do anything wrong in the fashion department. I think she is one of those fashion icons that a lot of people look at for inspiration. Well she does inspire me!!

Have you noticed that when you have a lot of clothes it’s harder for you to dress up each day? I think it’s because you have a whole lot more choices and you get confuse on what to wear for that day. I am usually like this. I do know that I got tons of clothes to choose from but I would always tell myself that I have nothing to wear. It’s pretty annoying if you ask me. I get confuse a lot in chooseing what I would like to wear at a certain day and such. I really need to start wearing ALL my clothes and I mean it. I have tons that still got price tags attached. I know am such a shopaholic that I can not resist buying clothes even though I know I have enough. Heeee…

… i have a huge walk in closet where i could place all the clothes i have. my room (which i share with my younger sister) is just too small for us. well actually we have such a small closet space that all our clothes are all over our room or maybe the fact that we have too much clothes that our closet space is just not enough. hahaha… that’s one of my dream you know, to have a walk in closet… and a huge one to boot. went to search some pictures on the internet and saw some which i think would be perfect for me.

i like how organized it is and that there are loads of shelves. i love the space and the size. it’s so posh looking. though i think it’s too stiff for me. but if i do have a closet like this… i wouldn’t complain one bit (well, maybe except for the size…!)

how about this one? the center drawers are great for underwear and other delicates. it’s okay but not for me.

i love the center table in this walk in closet. this one looks really nice! i could just imagine myself in this closet folding my clothes and putting them on the shelves. though i feel this one is too small. not much room to move, walk around and stuff.

i present you one of the ultimate closet i saw! i LOVE the size and look at all those space! pure walk in closet envy! from what i read from the article. this used to be a room but was converted into a closet. wow!
